Saint Martin Tour Highlights

Saint Martin Tour Itinerary

Night-1: Dhaka – Teknaf

• Meet our staff at Arambag Bus Counter at 7.30 pm. Start for Teknaf at 8.00 pm. Our staff will help you to board the bus.
• Overnight journey to Teknaf (480 km, about 11 hours). There will be 2 refreshment breaks on the highway restaurants.

Day-1: Teknaf – Saint Martin Island

• Arrive at Teknaf in the morning. The bus will drop you off near the ship jetty. Upon arrival, you can have breakfast at the local restaurants near the station.
• Board ship by 9.00 am and depart for Saint Martin Island at 9.30 am.
• Reach Saint Martin Island by 12.30 pm after a scenic journey through river Naf and the Bay of Bengal. You’ll see the beautiful hills of Myanmar and Teknaf on both sides of the river Naf, and many seagulls flying near the ship at the Bay of Bengal.
• Meet our local guide at the Saint Martin Island Jetty, and walk to the resort (budget package) / transfer to the resort by rickshaw-van (4 people in 1 van) (Relax & Comfort Package).
• Drop the luggage off at the reception and have lunch. Check in to your room at 2.00 pm, freshen up, and have some rest.
• Explore the beaches of Saint Martin Island in the afternoon and evening. You can rent a bicycle (50 tk per hour – not included) and explore the island too if you like.
• Overnight at the resort on Saint Martin Island.

Day-2: Saint Martin – Chhera Dwip – Teknaf

• After breakfast, walk to Saint Martin Island Jetty (Budget Package) / transfer to the jetty by van (4 people on 1 van) (Relax & Luxury Package). 
• Start for Chhera Dwip by boat at 8.00 am. Upon reaching at 9.00 am, explore the island for about an hour.
• Return to the resort the same way by 10.00 am, freshen up, and check-out by 11.00 am.
• Leave the luggage at the resort reception, and spend time on the beach.
• Have lunch and walk to the Jetty (budget package) / transfer to the Jetty by van (4 pax in 1 van) (Relax & Luxury Package).
• Board the ship by 3.00 pm. Our local guide will say goodbye from here. Depart for Teknaf at 3.30 pm.
• Reach Teknaf by 6.30 pm after another scenic journey through the Bay of Bengal and river Naf.

Night-3: Teknaf – Dhaka

• Boar the bus and depart for Dhaka at 7.30 pm.
• Overnight journey to Dhaka (480 km, about 11 hours). There will be 2 refreshment breaks on the highway restaurants.
• Arrive in Dhaka early in the morning.
• End of the tour.

How To Book

• Fill-up the booking form and submit to start the booking process.
• After that, pay 50% of the total tour price as a deposit. You can send the payment by bKash (bKash charge applicable), deposit on our City Bank account, or pay in cash by coming to our office physically.
• Booking will be confirmed only after getting a 50% deposit. The rest of the payment has to be paid one week before the tour.
• Booking will be automatically canceled if the tour’s full price is not paid one week before the tour.
• We’ll also need a copy of the National ID or passport of everyone on the tour, and the children’s birth certificate as proof of age.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation procedure:
  If you want to cancel any confirmed booking, you need to do that by replying to the booking email of the tour. No cancellation will be accepted without a written email. The time of receiving the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
• Cancellation before 7 days of the tour:
  25% of the tour price will be deducted, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour:
  50% of the total tour price will be deducted, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours before the tour:
  75% of the total tour price will be deducted, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation in less than 24 hours before the tour:
  No refund will be provided. Also, it will not be possible to move the tour to another date.
• Cancellation by BTA Holidays:
  If we cancel the tour because of bad weather or any national emergency, or any other unavoidable circumstances, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.

Important Notes

• In case of a cyclone or any natural disaster, you need to bear the expenses for your additional accommodation or transportation if needed.
• Board ship to and from Saint Martin Island at least 30 minutes in advance.
• It is possible to rent a bicycle in Saint Martin Island for 40-50 tk per hour and a motorcycle for 500 tk per hour.
• GrameenPhone and Robi have good coverage in Saint Martin Island.
• Saint Martin Island is an environmentally endangered place. Be responsive while traveling Saint Martin Island. Do not buy coral from the island. Do not throw water-bottle, chips packets, or other rubbish anywhere except a bin. Bring them with you to the resort and throw them there if you can not find a bin.
• Behave with the locals with respect.
